I'm slowly getting on with writing my TR in the other thread.

But having to work five of the seven days each week is rather inconvenient and slowing me down.

Hahaa. Reminds me when we hooked into 8 or 9 bronzies one day. The line went off (a big handline with 100lb) and this fella on a jetski motors up and asks what is going on. I called out there was one right under him. He looks down and this 8 footer is going nuts on the end of the line, just under his jetski. He calls out an expletive and drives straight back to his nearby pontoon and ties it up for the day. 🤣

We were telling neighbours just now who'd also been fishing this morning. Not today but one of them was in a 6metre boat when they saw a great white sidled Along their boat. Eye balled them. Then circled then cruised out. They thought he had gone. Next thing they looked back and there is the shark steaming towards them heading straight for their propeller. It then dived underneath their boat. One guy said to the other, pull up the anchor. The other said, No effin way. They were both paralysed with fright. It swam away.

Yes, I've heard stories about big Sth Oz Great Whites eyeballing you.

At the risk of being pedantic (yeah, yeah, I know, who would ever be pedantic on AFF, right?), do you have your 'ups' and 'downs' backwards? Nice shot of the Storey Bridge, btw...
The first shot is from Customs House looking down the river to Kangaroo Point cliffs. The second is looking up to the mouth of the river. Tht's the way I look at it....
