I was in control of the boat and alarmingly the depth went from 4 metres to just over 1 in just a second. Today we found out why.

Fortunately it’s all sand so as long as speed is low it isn’t a huge issue.

Fishing today was fabulous. And lots of blue swimmer crabs. Shame I don’t eat them. 😂

Awwww... sooo cute 🥲🤗.

A PERfectly cute sea lion pup at North Cottesloe beach about mid-way on each leg of my run Swannie-Cott-Swannie on a PERfect day this morning. Cottesloe Council rangers were there and said they'd been advised by DBCA (read Wildlife Dept) to let nature take its course. By the time I returned they had put up some bollards and high-vis tape.

The little tacka had a small wound near its tail and looked a bit tired and skinny, otherwise seemed OK. Hard to tell whether it was still reliant on mum.

This evening's office in Monte Carlo, Monaco. Can anyone guess what the theme for this year's Christmas markets are? The security to get into the market was insane, bag search, ID had to be shown and a full body sweep!
