Coming to the end of a month long work trip, haven't had a day off since I got here. Got stuck in the office till 4am this morning as I lost track of time working last night and curfew had kicked in already. Oops!

Enjoying an afternoon off at my local relaxation office in Conakry before braving RAM again tomorrow. Will the bag make it this time given its only a 1.25 hour connection? 🤔

After 78 nights at the HI CVG since early July I thought a change would be as good as a rest, so in high hope of a premium I71/75 view I headed to the Hilton in Florence, Kentucky. Sadly no car park views - and they are spectacular I can assure you - and I missed the interstate view but I got this tremendous sort of inner court view - often difficult to find. I'll barely leave the window for my two nights here.

I am hoping Amazon can deliver by Sunday 😀

But remember what Graham Kennedy once said (as quoted by John Mangos: The World Today - Friends farewell the King):

He loved his waterfront at Kirribilli. How inconsiderate he would say, John, of couples to make love within view of the foreshore. I'd say yes, Graham, very inconsiderate. He said do you know how hard it is to hold a pair of binoculars in one hand?

:p
