Hey Guys,

Firstly stupid thing title should be "Itinerary"

Travelling NYC-LHR in September. Originally we were going to spend time in London however plans change so now going to head straight to Munich for Oktoberfest.

We land at 0700 and I was going to book a 10-11am departure to Munich, flying in F so hopefully won't be too bad.

But I have some questions......If I have 2 itinerary numbers with BA do I have to go through immigration, collect bags, go to check in and go through the whole riggmoral again? or can I get the agents at NYC check the luggage right through by linking the numbers?

Also since I would have flown first into LHR and the onward flight will be in economy from what I understand we can invite one guest each into the First lounge as we have come off a first flight is that correct? I'm gold with QF anyways so I could take someone into the J lounge but hoping we can all get into a lounge together and the first lounge would be good but just want to double check thats the go with the rest of them being nothing to one world except the 1 other passenger flying first.

Cheers

Each F Passenger will have access to the Concorde Room at T5 (it is a separate lounge at T5 South only for F passengers and CCR card holders) with one guest each. Arriving on BA long F will give you access.
Can't answer the luggage question as I've only done int-domestic connections with BA.

Too easy cheers,

Yeah I've never had 2 separate booking refs before for a international connection might have to ring BA and see what they say about linking it or something.

They should be able to do it, especially at the F counter.

I've had them check it through to an EK codeshare before - but got a 3 way ring around when trying to find out.
