Hi
I was wondering if AC offers web check in Australia for the Syd - YVR flight. Its Website appears to be written in Canadian and the best i can discern is that its not available.
If not is it best to check in early? Travelling economy given the choices in Feb are limited.
A supplementary question, how do they treat ski boot bags, can they be carry on or do I have to purchase excess for them.
Many thanks.

Website says that you can web check in but security regulations require that your bp be issued at the airport.

We had free boot bags if skis / were treated as a piece of luggage.

Qantas could make a few bob if they came back to this route. I believe they have applied for a three day a week regular service.

Sure could they would only have to fly a couple of times a week.

Am on this service on Wednesday ... the last one in this January batch. :(

I've said it before ... if 2 star alliance airlines can do TPAC to YVR (AC and NZ), then surely one OneWorld can do it, especially now QF has code-share with WestJet.

If they did, I could give up AC (50,000km flown with them in J last year) and maybe get P1 on QFF.

Edit: Oops ... waaaay O/T sorry
