Just after some tips / ideas if you have a few moments.

We will be travelling Syd to LHR in February on Singapore Air. Mrs repete has a westpac krisflyer with 60,000 pts or so and with an active account will get her points for the flights into that account (economy class but a miles earner - on the itinerary stating we'll each get 21,346 miles).

Anyhow, since my Krisflyer account has recently expired, thought I'd throw it open to other ideas for best place to get those points transferred into??

We're not planning any trips in the near future... after our last big trip we were able to redeem for business class to NZ, but 21K won't even get me economy! I guess I can dump them into a new krisflyer account and if we want to go to nz, can maybe pay for extra miles... or could I use them to upgrade on a redemption if mrs repete redeemed for an economy??

If there are other expert tips on flying to the uk and getting the most out of it, I'd be keen to hear! Shame for example, we don't leave LHR from terminal 1 or we could sign up for BMI and get free lounge access... anyway, there might be others of those kinds of offers out there :)

Thanks heaps
