Just wondering what might be the best choice, or rather your preference?

2 WP's, flying to SIN. It's a day flight, happy to slum it in Y for a few hours, but booking semi-flexis.

Front row on QF5 or front/exit row on BA16? Not much difference between BA/QF 744 in Y from memory?

Could be a good day for op-ups I'd imagine, otherwise maybe points on QF; would a BA paid upgrade be an option? We have onward flights all in J/F so not really fussy.

Tough call because BA has slightly better availability in a slightly lower fare bucket and the fare difference is small but relatively quite substantial ($300 range on otherwise $1000 ticket).

Haven't flown BA long haul of recent, can't imagine they're that worse than QF. We will be well fed from the lounge regardless, so just need a seat. Nobody suggest Scoot now ;)

Already purchasing outside the country, ADL-SYD-SIN is costing like <$400 ;) Might flip a coin on this one.

Much of a muchness, really. It all comes down to whether you have a phobia of hearing German announcements over the PA.
