SYD: J Dom lounge VS QF Club?

Hi all,
I've got a PS complimentary pass to what I believe will be either the Sydney domestic J lounge or the Qantas Club lounge that I plan to use tomorrow (Saturday for a 1300 flight to MEL). Which would you recommend?

That pass will allow you entry into the Qantas Club or the International J lounge (if flying International), but not the Dom J lounge.

Too late for you but I have not noticed that much difference lately. The hot foods are roughly the same.
