Suggested credit card for points?

I now wish to accumulate velocity/virgin points, as bit over trying to find reward seats with Qantas!(Already have a Amex Ultimate card for QFF).
Be grateful for any advice/insights into which credit cards may be preferable for velocity/virgin?

I use the Virgin Money High Flyer Velocity Visa card as my primary VA earning card now. Gave up the Virgin Amex during COVID and haven’t gone back to it - converted it to Platinum Edge and now also have the Platinum card to allow for conversions to Velocity.

High Flyer for when AMEX Platinum charge card is not accepted. This does have a ceiling of $8k per month, then half points earn rate thereafter.
