Noob question: The Hyatt Regency has the standard suite as the Harbour view Executive suite right?? I have checked many days and this suite never seems to be available for booking even though every other room type is always available.

Do we need to call to apply SUA for this property or what?? I know PH does not take SUA.

Yes, that’s the correct suite. It was the balcony suite (which isn’t actually a suite at all, just a larger room), but was changed to the exec suite a few months ago.

It’s my understanding that there are far fewer of these suites than the others, which is probably why the hotel made it that way.

And yes, you do need to get in touch with Hyatt to do add the award. Your MHC can do it if you have one. In fact, if you have one, get them to do the legwork for you and ask when there is availability for the next 12 months.

I can see availability on 7 to 8 May.
