status run on jetstar

hello experts...

i just got jetstar voucher of $500 and wish to maximise it to earn some status credit, preferably travelling within AU and NZ (its on sales now) over the weekend (any weekend till march 2016) and i've to use the voucher in one booking only..
anyone got suggestion ?

These routes can be frequently found sub $49 one-way, but remember the price of adding the Plus bundle which earns SC's, has jumped up quite substantially recently.

You could easily get to New Zealand and back, with the plus bundle, for under $500. (I've even done it for under $300). 50 SCs there for a return trip.
