I noticed a few months ago when I booked my flights PER-SYD-NOU return that the booking engine didn't show any status credits earned for the SYD-NOU sector with a QF flight number as a code share on SB (AirCalin) metal. The PER-SYD-NOU section only showed the SCs earnable on PER-SYD.
I spoke to QF on twitter about it and they said I should call loyalty to confirm but I don't have 3 hours of my life to waste so I ignored that advice.
As I expected I earned SCs for the SYD-NOU sector consistent with it having a QF flight number.
Recently I have looked at other flights including code share sectors including PER-SYD-AKL with SYD-AKL on a QF codeshare on LT and PER-MEL-CHC with CHC on a QF codeshare on EK.
In all cases the SC earn is wrongly shown as if no SCs would be earned on the code shared sector.
Has anyone else noticed this?

Yes I have come across this. It seems the display on the select flight page can be wrong on occasion, for a while it was 10SCs less than it should be when there was a QLink sector but they seemed to have fixed that.

The total SCs on the booking passenger detail page though seems to always be the correct earn but you have to select your flights and confirm the fare conditions to see that figure.
