Star Alliance

First post. As a couple our main points are part of Qantas FF. However for various reasons wife has 320 airpoint dollars and myself 45 airpoint dollars with Air NZ & no other Star Alliance memberships. We have not yet claimed points for a Austrian Airlines H class Sydney to Vienna return trip taken in Sept-Oct 2004. Advice please if we just stick to Air NZ (no strong tie to any airline & no longer credit card points going to Star Alliance airline).

At least claim the airbucks (airpoints dollars) SYD-VIE. You should then both have enough for an award to NZ or the south pacific.
