Star Alliance Searches with KVS

Hi

I am used to doing OW searches with the KVS Tool but now that I am thinking of buying LMs and MileagePlus miles I am trying to do some Star Alliance searches. I already have ANA membership so that's fine. I will register with SQ and Miles&More but I'm not sure what AC AE is and I can't find it in a Google search. So, who can tell me what AC AE is and where do I register for the program?
