Looking forward to seeing video of a 330 doing an approach to Wellington.....

Odd timing for arrival into Singapore. a 5:30am arrival doesn't offer too many options for onwards connections to Europe. Only one of the London flight leaves in the morning. The rest of the European flights leave at night. that leaves a pretty lengthy layover in Singapore. Not sure how many business pax will be keen on this?

My take on this is that it is not designed for connections to/from Europe. More designed for connections to/from parts of Asia. It's the same in reverse direction, there's only one flight from Europe - from London (with 5 hour connection) - that would (sort of) connect to CBR. SQ probably know they will have no hope of competing on Europe once EK starts services to CBR. :p;)

That might have something to do with the late CBR departure. While there's no curfew at CBR, there is almost no passenger flights after around 9pm. Most of the time the terminal closes after the last flight arrives.
