SQ/VA and NH/VA codeshares are eligible flights to earn, but what of SQ/NH codeshares?
eg. NH operated with SQ flight numbers - current setup would seem to exclude such flights, but appears to be anomaly with usual alliance setups (exclusion if non-alliance operated) - anyone flown such setups and were able to credit to VA? Would like to take advantage if eligible.

Earn eligibility requirements:

NH - "ANA operated flights with a NH flight number" (no reference to SQ flight number)

SQ - "Singapore Airlines operated flight with a SQ flight number" (no reference to NH flight number)

You can always put your KF # into an NH booking, and earn there, and then transfer the points to VFF.
Probably need a min KF bal of 5,000 to put to VFF, at a "loss" of 35%, 5,000 KF miles will become 3,250 VFF points
As SQ and NH are in *A, points earn, so long as in an eligible class, would earn in KF, and then transfer to VFF.
This also averts the worry of what is in the code share agreement between VA and NH, and what will earn, and what will not earn.

I dumped I whole bunch of points from VA to KF when they went into administration so that's probably the go. Was hoping to credit to VA so I could retain Gold. Don't fly enough domestically so unfortunately that may have to be the sacrifice.

Check and see if the KF miles are as expected, during covid, they kept the life of KF without expiring, but from what I feel, sooner or later they will start expiring the life of the KF miles on their system/books.

I just made a post as I couldn't find this elsewhere until now. Velocity points on an SQ codeshare ANA flight?

So based on what has been said above, am I best off removing my velocity details from my SQ booking and changing them to my Krisflyer details? I don't have any Krisflyer points/status so the purpose would be to just transfer to velocity.

Doubt you’ll get anything for a Singapore flight number on ANA operated flight as the VA page says SQ flight operated by SQ and ditto for ANA.

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

Is it just me? Thinking of booking SQ flight with VA...PER-SIN-BKK not until Dec 24. I can see flights via SQ app and price. Through the VA app it simply says no flights found. Frustrating! Oops have I placed this on the wrong thread? 🤭🫣
