SQ Loads/Availability

Hi all!

I would be grateful if someone with Expert Flyer access could advise current loading/availability for Suites/First Class seating on the following Singapore Airlines Flights (I need 2 seats for possible upgrade):

25th December, 2013 - SQ232, Sydney - Singapore
20th January, 2014 - SQ221, Singapore - Sydney

Thanks Tuapekastar. Please forgive my ignorance - do the numbers suggest that there are at least 4 seats available in First/Suites on the designated flights? Am I correct in understanding that there could be more than 4 seats available? What are the numbers after the percentages? - 10m and 33m?

Once again, thanks for sharing your expertise.

Yes they do mean at least 4 seats available and could be more, although I do not know the SQ fare buckets designations (never even flown them), hence the A2 and A1 you see may indicate only 1 seat available for upgrades (again, I do not know this, as I don't know the fare bucket each letter represents - except R for suites and F for First - I think).

If no-one here can answer, you could try searching this site, or Flyertalk, (you could join and ask the question there if necessary) and there is a dedicated SQ site called sqtalk.com, maybe try there?

FWIW, there are 2/12 F cabin seats currently allocated on 25 Dec, and 0/12 on 20 Jan, though this is not necessarily a good indication of current upgrade availability.

PS. The percentages and the 10m and 33m are: The Reliability is the On Time Percentage and the Average Delay in Minutes of the flight over the last two months.

Slightly expanding on the topic. Webbie, if you are a Krisflyer member (or sign up via the web) consider doing a dummy redemption booking for your target dates. There are various miles levels at which they will make Suites available. On the dates you requested there are no Saver award seats (at 300,000 miles) but they do make them available for redeeming 600,000 miles.
