This is going to work very well for me as my upcoming wedding and honeymoon over 3 months falls in this time frame and we will be staying at a number of properties in the SPG group.

Just a crying shame that the Moana Surfrider isn't participating as my wedding will be held at the hotel. Might have been able to pick up a few extra points from our spend.

Why only iphone? I'm somewhat annoyed that I'll have to borrow some hipsters' phone if I want full bonus points. At least with the foursquare promo it would work with any device. It seems they're going out of their way to attract teenagers (yes I'm well aware that a lot of adults use iphones, but pair that up with foursquare and I'm sure you'll find the proportions are heavily in favour of kids).

No doubt they will appeal. I will be interested to see what the outcomes are when handed down in Sept (I think 20th)

Are you sure about that?

A South Korean court has fined both Apple and Samsung, ruling that each infringed the other's patents in building their mobile devices and banning some of their products from sale in the country.

Thanks for the update, I had forgotten. Now, I had a friend with an iThing, but she just got rid of it for a far superior samsung.

I'm actually really struggling to think of a close friend or relative who has an iThing I can borrow. Bah! Must ... get ... POINTS! ArrrrgH!

So about a month ago I already booked 3 nights for Oct at the Westin in Sydney.. and now I've registered with this better by the night offer.. i should still get the double/treble points right?
