Came thru about 2 days after the stay (3 days after booking).

Very pleased how easy it was to get this credit... Much less pleased with Amex Travel, awful system that I am glad to have tried and never have to use again.

I am yet to use Amex Travel....may I ask what the issue was? I was considering booking on there...but maybe not anymore!!

I booked mine this morning without "logging in" to the AMEX Travel system, because when I did, it gave the wrong billing address, somehow.... Emailing them back on how to resolve this and if I can re-book whilst logged in.

I too are hesitant to fill this in when they already have all the info....

I have some upcoming travel to book and most of it is one or two nights in different locations. Is there any way i can book different hotels in the same transaction, ie some kind of 'add to cart' functionality? I have gone right through the website and cannot find this. If i have to book 5 different hotels and fill in my details, payment details each time it is a huge inefficiency. The amex online help told me to ring the travel hotline but that is only open Mon- Fri.

Any suggestions appreciated.
