Why would it make sense to cut off F lounge access to WPs? Then QF would have all this capital invested in lounges that would be underutilised. Flying to retain WP is ultimately profitable for QF and a big motive for a lot of people would be F lounge access. They also want to keep WPs and their significant spend with QF rather than leaking to rivals.

Agreed

One of the main reasons I am going for WP is F lounge access, and of course the business lounge access for domestic.

No point worrying too much about what might or might not change, just milk any benefit now for what it is worth! Same with any deal/promo/benefit before it's enhanced

Over speculation? No.

I will only dump them if the only plane I can get on is orange.
