South America Luggage Transfer

Greetings. We are doing ten days in Antarctica (M/S Expedition) and then four weeks around South America. We would like to get our warm weather gear from Ushuaia to Santiago rather than carrying it around with us. Does anyone have recommendations on how to do this. I have a contact in Santiago who will accept the luggage and hold for us until we return / leave. With thanks.
