Sniip v pay.com.au

I am so confused, working this out is not my strong point. I don't have a lot of payments, around $10k a year for utilities and about $40k to ATO. I have both a Visa and Amex but get better points on Amex (Ultimate). Does anyone have an educated guess at whether pay.com.au or Sniip would be better, please?
 
much of a muchness - no real difference - maybe slightly cheaper with pay.com but at your volumes keep it simple - Sniip is a nice app - just stick with that
