After some AFF wisdom please.

I'm on 3K 161 SIN to DRW next week departing 2330. Given hotel checkout time we are wanting to use the QC from around twilight. I'm hoping we will be travelling HLO (unless Mrs Halliday wins the "we should take the stroller" debate). <sigh>

My questions are:
1. JQ website says you can OLCI from T-48, but that you still have to present passport etc to a JQ/3K staffer at checkin. How far in advance can you do this, or do you have to wait until T-3?
2. If T-3 can you still use the QC earlier and do the present passport later, or do you need boarding pass in hand? (Guessing not as it will be the wrong side on Immi)
3. Suggestions on other approaches to this situation?

Thanks in advance.

I have noted the advice in other threads about the 2300 closing of SIN QC and the lack of JQ boarding announcements. Good advice. Thanks.

3K has early check in so you can check in and get docs sighted from early in the morning.

Excellent. Thanks markis10. That might even be enough for me to take the stroller and bank the brownie points.
