Singapore or UAE 6 months pregnant

Hi All,

We had planned on heading to Singapore for a couple of weeks end of March start of April and then two weeks ago Mrs D decided she wanted to goto Abu Dhabi & Dubai. Fortunately booking flexi fares through VA I was able to change and we were set to go.

A couple weeks after the change we have very happily learnt Mrs D will be 6 months pregnant at our time of travel.
Has anyone had experience in either Singapore or the UAE specifically being pregnant and your thoughts??

Wife and I did Singapore amongst other parts of SE Asia whilst she was 6 months pregnant, will write soon, about to board a flight!
