How can you get from terminal 3 to terminal 1 at Singapore airport?

Skytrain. Follow the signs. Note it does close down after midnight until early in the morning during which time there is a shuttle bus outside to go between terminals.

Your other option if you can walk between all 3 terminals. I have done it when I have had overnight transits on a few occasions. Keeps you awake.

SIN airport is very well sign posted.

You will be able to do it no problems at all.

You can walk (it's all inside the terminal complex, no need to go outside), if you would like to stretch your legs or the SkyTrain is quick, free and very easy.

You will have no problems at all.

Yes, it takes about 5-10 mins (depending on how fast you walk of course) to walk between T1 and T3, most of it on travellators.
