Stopped off at the SATS Premier lounge in T3 Changi on the way back from the UK. Accessed through Priority Pass. Lounge is well-signed, on the first floor and easily accessible by two sets of escalators. It is located in between the Krisflyer Silver and Gold lounges.
General layout
Spacious and well-lit: seating capacity was 120 people and estimated 50-60 when I was there at 1830 local. Apparently 2 hours limit but I stayed for well over three and a half.

These are a mix of tables, semi reclining Ikea style wood chairs and a handful of workbooths. Not many.

There is a reserved area that on enquiring, is only for AA, Asiana and China Eastern Airlines status guests.
I sat in a hardbacked upright chair.

These are firm but quite comfortable actually. Two seats share a marble effect table, two powerpoints and a USB-A outlet. The whole area appears well-lit.
There are four free, excellent massage chairs.
General ambience
Actually fairly calm and peaceful. Busy, as are all paying lounges, but not bad. My extremely geeky and uncalibrated sound meter app tells me noise level is about 50dB: like a quiet office. Main sources of noise are: 1. concourse downstairs 2. general kitchen noise and cleanup
Food and beverage
Actually quite an impressive selection. Lots of cuisines catered for, with definitely an SEA slant. Some sort of novelty DIY laksa pot, chicken congee with lots of dressings, salad bar, ok continental breakfast bar, lots of hot food that looked fresh and was tasty. Cream of butternut pumpkin soup.

Beverages
Fridge full of cold drinks - Schweppes style mixers and tiger beer.
Wine selection was a white Chardonnay and some sort of French 'bubbles' - bottle empty but promptly refilled when I asked.
Toilets and Showers
Two hot, powerful showers with a cleaner on standby. Towels provided. Shower gel and shampoo. Everything clean.
Overall impressions
7/10
Would go back here again. It seemed like a well-run operation. A clean, cool, relaxing experience. Food was tasty and plentiful and a decent selection. 15 mins by airtrain to T1 too.
