Does anyone know why the OW Emerald sign was removed from the Premiere check in at SIN T1?
Used to be at the entrance, where they check your credentials before letting you in.
Pretty sure WP can still use this when travelling in Y with QF.
I asked the check in staff if CX use this facility, and they said no, they have their own check in counters. Perhaps this has something to do with the OW Emerald sign disappearing?
