Short trip domestic travel insurance for Car hire?

Got a domestic travel insurance policy for 4 days recommend rental car insurance? 70+ driver

I just tried that for a Hertz rental I'm picking up tomorrow in SA, and it was $17 dearer than just accepting full cover with Hertz.
 
Check covermore domestic travel insurance for single trip.....$5k car rental excess cover
Policy excess is $50
 
ANZ credit cards have domestic rental car excess insurance. Excess is reducing to $100. Not sure if covers other drivers not on the booking.

Just did a dummy quote for 3 days for Adelaide ($4,000 excess limit) and showed $12.38 a day, I thought that was pretty cheap?
 
Book it in your name and nominate 70+ as a driver. You'll need to pick up the car obviously.
