I am relatively new at this and I have been reading about transferring Virgin Points over to Kris Flyer. I have been on the Virgin site and cannot find where I can do this. Any help would be great:?:

Have you joined KrisFlyer and linked the 2 accounts?

If yes,
Sign into your Velocity account.

On the left hand side is "Points Transfer - Airlines"

If your accounts are linked, you will have a red "Transfer Now" button, on the next screen you can enter how many points.

To transfer points you need to be signed into your Velocity account - on the left hand side you will see " Points transfers- Airline"

In order to transfer Points from your Velocity Account to your KrisFlyer Account, the loyalty program of Singapore Airlines, you must first link the Accounts. To do this, please ensure:

• You have a current and active KrisFlyer Account
• The First Name and Last Name in your Velocity Account match the First Name and Last Name in your KrisFlyer Account
• Your Date of Birth in your Velocity Account matches the Date of Birth in your KrisFlyer Account

If your details do not match, your request to link Accounts will be unsuccessful.

For every 1.35 Velocity Points you transfer, you will earn 1 KrisFlyer Mile. A minimum transfer amount of 5,000 Velocity Points is required.
