Seychelles - getting there cheap and things to do?

Hi

anyone been to the Seychelles and provide some advice on getting there cheap and places to stay and do?

Might have to go there for work for a few months including Christmas, wondering what best way to travel into Seychelles and out during Christmas?

I found some cheap Ethiad flights to HKG for $800 return (SEZ - HKG), wondering if anyone knows of other ways of getting cheaper flights?
