I have a Qatar ticket with qr codeshare on Royal Air Maroc (Casablanca - Doha), and was looking at selecting seats, and initially wanting check price for my lowly class of ticket.
On Qatar manage booking page, for the codeshare it says "Flight operated by Royal Air Maroc. Please visit their website to choose your seat."

The RAM website does not recognise the PNR+name, or e-ticket+name.

Any suggestions or experience with this situation ?

The RAM website does not recognise the PNR+name, or e-ticket+name.

Check if RAM has the same booking engine as QR# (which will then issue different PNRs) - if it doesn't, like AA and QF have different engine - ask QR for the RAM PNR.##

# Wikipedia should tell you

## Even QR's coughpy customer service line should be able to do this.

Could also try BA, RJ, AY.

But possibly the reason RAM isn’t working is it’s a QR PNR and they’ve locked down accessing their bookings and require a OTP.

If there is a seperate RAM PNR, then it should work fine.

I looked through the various docs from QR and could not find a separate PNR.
Will contact QR support and see if they can provide.

In case this is referenced at some future time ... or rather report on lack of progress.

I tried manage booking functions again on Qatar, RAM, and tried a number of other Oneworld airlines, all to no avail.
PNR not recognised anywhere except on the Qatar website, and then only allowed view of the Qatar flight.
I got in touch with Qatar support via an online chat (I like the "record of conversation").
The basic message from Qatar support was the "PNR is the same".

They offered to select seats on my behalf, at a price, which I did not want to do at this stage.
For check-in they advised I can just "go to the airport", but I would like the option of using online check-in and seat selection at that time, maybe 24 hrs ahead of departure.

Then looked again at RAM website.
Given calling them would be an international call, I tried "Ask a Question" link on their support page.
That linked to a "submitting a claim" proforma which I tried to use, but failed to submit properly for some unknown reason. I didn't really have a "claim" but just wanted to understand why my PNR did not work. You start to wonder if we actually have a valid booking with them.
There was an email address listed, so tried sending the same info there and got an automated reply that the address was only usable for follow up on existing claims (which I had failed to submit).
Back to square 1.

I think my plan now is to go to the RAM service desk at CMN when we arrive a couple of weeks before the RAM flight.
