Seat Selection with JQ after price beat

I scored 5 seats down and 5 seats back in early August. I'm trying to gain access to the QP with my oneworld emerald which doesn't seem like il make it thru. Anyone can guest me would be a great help.

Also a few questions I'm seeing above people are able to access the F lounge when travelling SYD/MEL is that correct?

Second question I'm trying to select a exit seat for the addition $5 it's asking me for another $25 how can I sit in 12A for $5 as other members have suggested?

F lounge access is only for those flights from the international terminal.

How do I know if my flight is going from the international terminal? Is that only the case in melbounre ? Also what about the $5 exit row seats 12A?

It will have said that a flight departs the Int terminal while choosing flights online, or they should have let you know if booking over the phone. As far as I know it is only JQ35/36.

As for seat selection, you cannot manage a price beat guarantee booking online so you'll need to call the JQ call centre.

It has allowed me to manage my booking online with the price beat. It's telling me $5 for a standard seat $12 for up front seat and $25 for exit seats 1A etc, 12A etc.

Strange - It didn't allow me or a friend. I called the call centre and they said you can't manage a price beat online. I have no idea. Call them.

I don't want to call them I want to know why other members can book exit row seats for $5 on this fare but it's asking me for $25. Also I just missed out on the F lounge access with my flight back the 9am one is from international terminal and I'm on the 10.10

It's easy if you know how. Oh and didn't we work out that OWE does not give you lounge access when flying with Jetstar. So I'd say no you didn't just miss out on the F lounge because you wouldn't have access anyway.

Yes we did I found another way in. More importantly I would like to know how to get the exit row seats for $5 when I log in its charging me $25 !

Not at all . I brought a qantas club card for $200 with my work corporate rate really good deal . Still haven't had any replies with the $5 selection seats .

You should only have Business Lounge Access with the QP membership.

As for the seats, you have paid next to bugger all for them, if the exit row is so important to you why don't you just cough up the $25 and lock them in.

A price beat booking takes a few days to come up online, once it does its no different to a normal booking.
