Seat Selection Oneworld - where are members preferred seating policies?

I am WP on QF. Recently I booked tickets on UL and was told I did not have access to seat selection.

The OW website says this is the reward for Emerald:
  • Access to preferred or pre-reserved seating*
* In accordance with the individual policy of the oneworld airline operating the flight.

Is there a list somewhere which compares all oneworld alliance members and what their seat section policy is?

I’ve successfully chosen seats on QF, BA and AY, but this was my first time booking with UL.

While my experience was a UL ticket on UL metal, I would also like to know what happens if I was on a code share. If I am on a oneworld ticketed plane but not oneworld metal, do I get this benefit?

Never seen a list.
CX is the only OW airline that I noticed that publishes what it considers "preferred or pre-reserved seating"
All others by deduction.
Can depend a lot on the fare type-bucket purchased and the individual airline.
QR Qatar limit seat selection and no lounge access on some lower priced cash business class fares.

OW benefits generally only apply to OW marketed and OW operated flights.
But some airlines-ffps can have "out of alliance" benefits. Less likley if these are not your airline.

According to this, OWE has comp seat selection:

You might want to check if your QFF number is entered correctly, including any leading zeros.

Back when it happened I ended up ringing the UL call centre, and while I wasn’t on hold for long (maybe a priority line?), both operators told me they don’t offer any seat selection until after you check in (with every other passenger)

My number was correct and they could see my status tier.

The link supports seat selection at checkin (48hrs) but also says Biz class and OW status holders. 🤷‍♂️
