Seat selection on SQ codeshare (ANA)

Have an Aust/Tokyo trip in J booked direct with SQ. The return flt NTA/SIN is an ANA codeshare - Have been able to make usual seat selection for the SQ legs but cant do it for the ANA flight. I can bring up the booking on ANA website using the same SQ PNR but I cant access seat selection page. Does one contact ANA directly ?

Call either SQ or NH. NH is a single codeshare PNR carrier so it's the same record locator for both SQ and NH.

Thanks - issue seems to hv resolved 'itself' - I went back to SQ online seat selection and was able to select the 'window' option for ANA flt. Shud hv done that when originally booking/doing seats. That generated the usual SQ email about changes to your booking - except this time it shows seat 2K for the codeshare. ANA website confirms the same. Perhaps prompting both ways (thru SQ and using same PNR to manage booking with ANA) pushed the outcome.
