Seat Advice PE 747 - 400

I have an upcoming flight in PE on a 747 - 400. The seat config is 2x4x2. Rows 34 - 37. I think this is the older config. There's not much left in this class and I was thinking of 37K which is the last row, window. Does anyone know if this seat has normal recline?. Unable to tell from Seatguru , but it looks like it is against some sort of bulkhead divider. Appreciate any advice (not that there's much choice if I don't take it). Also am I correct in assuming this is the older style cabin fit out?

We sat in the last row coming back from HK a couple of years ago and it had full recline.
