The email I received had none of her name in the email address. Okj.adern@*mail.com?
I think that PassKeys usually (always?) require a Face ID, Fingerprint, PIN code, etc. for access, even though the phone is already open. Many sites are pushing the use of passkey. Is it really more secure than password? I mean, if someone gets into my phone (eg steal it while it's unlocked), wouldn't sites that I've setup passkey to, then be an open door?
Ok, I'll try doing one thenI think that PassKeys usually (always?) require a Face ID, Fingerprint, PIN code, etc. for access, even though the phone is already open.
Reset phone to factory settings.Daughter has somehow managed to get Adware on her phone past couple of days. Plays ads every 30 seconds to 60 seconds. Very annoying.
Downloaded AVG and ran scan for adware and came up with nothing. Downloaded Avast and ran scan for aware and came up with nothing. Both of these look to be exactly the same.
Is there anyway I can get rid of this adware for free? Doesn't look to be an app so possibly something in cookies or memory? Samsung's own phone security doesn't appear to pick up anything. Have downloaded latest update and have also restarted phone.
Had something similar on her tablet recently but that was easier to detect and fix.
Try deleting Play Store and reinstalling; +1 had the same issue and that fixed it.Daughter has somehow managed to get Adware on her phone past couple of days. Plays ads every 30 seconds to 60 seconds. Very annoying.

Daughter won't let me and I don't really wantReset phone to factory settings.
That looks too complex for me. I may try clearing cache.Try deleting Play Store and reinstalling; +1 had the same issue and that fixed it.
I think it is Roblox that allows messaging between "players". Big security risk for young people. There was 300MB in Samsung cache. I cleared cache and within seconds there was 270MB again. Looks like system processes take up space in cache so you can't really clear cache.
Noticed something called Wanderlust. Cleared cache again and there it was, Wanderlust again. Clicked on app and went to Google Play. Every single review mention ads popping up every few seconds even when not using app. Apparently has been reported to Google Play and its still available.
Deleted app and ads stopped immediately. Daughter does not remember downloading this app but she did mention that she was hacked on Roblox recently. So hacker has downloaded the app. How? Security is very poor.
