This as much an SC run request but happy to reward creative ideas. I got and registered for the double SC offer so want to make the most of it by the end of June. The idea is this:

MEL-CNS and/or TSV-DRW-MEL over a Friday-Sunday period anytime in June.

I am WP and have 74000 pts (will have another 25000 by April 29 after a trip to Japan but fear any ASA deals will be gone by then). Partner has 44000 pts and is Silver. Budget for flights for both of us would be about $1500.

Any creative ideas welcome.

How many SCs do you both have for this membership year? Obviously you would need 1200 in total to re-qual as WP, and your partner 700 to qualify as SG, or just 250 to re-qual as PS. Once I have those figures, it'll be a lot easier to make suggestions! I'm currently PS (waiting for SG to appear when the double SCs are applied), but have booked 7 flights this month to qualify as WP before the end of my membership year (April...) haha :D

Also, where would you want to start the run from? You have suggested both TSV and MEL, so I'm not sure where you're based :)

Chris, I have no SCs so far this year but it just started. I've been WP for 2 years but this coming year my work trips to Japan will be less frequent hence wanting to use the double SC offer to get a kick start on the year. Last year I made 6-8 trips to Japaan, this year it looks like 3-4 at the most and all in Y. My next trip to Japan is next week but unfortunately booked before the double SC offer. My starting point is MEL

Thanks rotuma. That's a good backup plan but we really want to include CNS-DRW if we can. Were those prices/points and SC earn in J or Y?

Problem is the TSV-DRW option does not exist on Sundays, availability during the week is much better, if you are to position to ADL, with double SC there is 16000 additional points earned through the loyalty bonus:

If you are low on points and dont mind cash you can always go the long way CNS-TSV for little points use:

Thanks Markis: 2 questions:

1. When I try to book the 2nd suggestion it gives this message: "We are unable to process your request. Please try again later" . A slight variation in the itinerary gives a minimum 84000 point result. Any suggestions please?
2. How do I transfer $$ to you?

Should be straight forward, if it's not working online then give QFF a ring and explain, I have found them happy to help when the web does not work for no extra fee. As for transferring $$, feel free to donate to the Fiji Flood appeal if you think my help had been worthwhile:
