Rydges and Atura Hotels 72 hour sale

Most Australian and NZ Rydges Hotels (exceptions include Sydney Int Airport and Geelong) have a '72 hour flash sale' with some very attractive rates.

The sale rates are until 30 August 2019 (why it's not '31' I don't know).

For instance, Atura Adelaide Airport at under A$90 per night, or Rydges Sydney Central at A$97 a night.

One has to be a Priority Guest Rewards member to receive the email. It's free to join.

Rydges has a good range of hotels in Sydney and Melbourne, including a newbie (ex Novotel) in Sydney Norwest Business Park, and some trendy inner city hotels.

It appears Rydges Camperdown (Sydney inner, not western Victoria!) is being renovated so that's probably one to avoid if noise is bothersome, but the rest are fine.

Yes, just checked my email and there was the offer. Some very sharp rates. I found Adelaide Airport (Atura) for $79!
For some that will include free breakfast for 2.

I've found its previous offers to be easier to obtain than some (nameless) airline FF redemption desires.

I checked from 18 July. Rates vary each day. Friday was $79, Saturday was $82, Sunday $92. Seem to be plenty of rooms around when I checked .

At those tariffs, aviation enthusiasts can enjoy a weekend of aircraft watching...not that ADL is overly busy.
