Hi!

Looking at Seoul to Perth on Sunday 27 April 2025 via Cathay being the fastest way.
Been looking for a while for the reward seats and finally Cathay opened up both revenue and reward seats post March 2025 last week for some routes including to and from Australia however as expected it has blocked out majority of school holiday (last 2 weeks of April) + Easter long weekend with the exception of 22-23 April somehow to all majors Australian Capital cities. Then available again around second week of May. This is using Qantas FF redemption.

Now there is no timetable opened up yet for Seoul to HK for April 2025 onwards so still need to wait for that however I can see heaps availability for HK-Perth from Asia Miles. Understand that they will open more reward seats for Asia Miles but is there normally a chance they open up more for Qantas FF redemption in coming months? Based on previous years.
Thank you

what makes Qantas FF more valuable?
Not sure I understand your question. Do you mean, what makes Qantas FF more valuable than Asia Miles? Than something else? And how do you define "value"? Do you mean easier to use/redeem? More expensive per point? Something else?
