Tried a reward booking online for myself (Platinum) and for partner.
Again: didn't work. Didn't get passed the "enter details" page.

Kept giving errors that information wasn't complete, although it was.

It is 22.27 so I don't feel like calling them to book this flight.
Availability limited, so I guess I have to look at other options.

Bit disappointed. Was hoping they worked at it this weekend.

I understand that the web-site was down for maintenance until 10.30pm today. Maybee worth another try !
 
I know. Wasnt able to log in. So I waited till I could and the maintenance msg wasnt showing.
Therefore I think it is the same issue as I experienced before. Wish it was different.

Maybe other members are more successful but updates or not. It hasnt worked for me ever. :-(
