Requirements for SYD 1st SPA bookings

No QF codeshare. Will I be phoned by a First host for a SPA booking or is this only for 1st on Qf metal or Qf flight number?

Phone call only for QF F pax AFAIK.
When you arrive ask at the lounge reception for a booking.

You won't be able to pre-book (as Princess Fiona says it is only QF F pax who can do this). Arrive reasonably early in the lounge and book as soon as you arrive.
