Requalified VA PS, seems that 2 lounge passes are not automaticlly issued

Mine appear to have been loaded automatically when I qualified (not re-qualified though). That sounds like quite a hassle.

If you only Qualified Silver with VA not much pont going to QF as their benchmarks are higher.

I love the way something doesn't go poples way and they throw all their toys out of the cot.
Seriously do you honestly think VA are going to give a cough about a Silver when general consensus is Platinums aren't valued

Not forgetting that I am already a SG with the Red Kanga.
I know the step up to WP is a lot, much more than the 200 VA SC needed to requalify.
Dog biscuit crumbs I guess, in the larger scheme of life.
Have already visited all the major VA lounges already as it is, bit would have been nice if it (lounge passes) had "automatically added".
Ok, will have to phone up then.
