Refund of Velocity points

Hi everyone,

I cancelled two award flights (Mel- Syd) 3 weeks ago.
How long does it take for the Velocity points to be returned to my account ?

Definitely not three weeks. More like 24 hours. Time to follow up with Velocity

I called them last week. Waited over an hour on the line. Gave up in the end. Will try this week again. Will update soon.

Virgin finally refunded the points for all three flights, minus the points that was used to cover the cancellation costs.

I cancelled some flights last week - the points arrived about 10 days later (still waiting on the $ reimbursement though)
