Has anyone had any luck getting a refund from Qantas for an under 16 child who has been booked as an adult (as they are over 12)? It should be straightforward as there is a link on the Qantas website but they are giving me the run around.
It's a redemption flight, booked by the call centre as I was getting errors trying to book online.
When I click on the link to email/apply for the refund the response is that they do not deal with this and that I should contact customer care who are telling me yes, she is booked as an adult (yes, I know that that, but she's under 16 so should have the APD refunded).
