Hi,
I have accrued 11,362 miles with Aegean, and have an upcoming flight with Singapore which will earn me 18,596 points. This will give me a total of 29,958 miles. I'm looking at upgrading a sector of the Singapore flight, which will cost 30,000 miles.
The complication is that the Aegean miles expire one week before I make the return trip with Singapore - ie, I will have flown only half the 18,596 miles.
Two questions: Is it possible to have the miles from the second leg of the flight credited to my account before I use it, so that I can combine these with the Aegean miles while they're still valid? And what would be the best way to make up the ~40 miles with Aegean that I fall short for the upgrade?
Thanks for any help!
