Recommendations for the Cyclades

Will be in the Cyclades come summer, and hoping some seasoned travelers to Greece have recommendations for me.

Particularly after good lunch / dining options on Santorini, Paros and Mykonos. More interested in authentic Greek food with an extensive / interesting local wine list.

Also considering renting a car (compact) or ATV on Santorini and Paros. Any trustworthy vehicle hire companies?

Any other tips would also be highly appreciated. Accommodation bookings and ferries all sorted. Thanks!

We are spending a week on Santorini in the second half of June, and will probably post on what we find. Is that before you go?

We'll be in Crete around that time, and in the Cyclades at the beginning of July.
