I've been searching to find out how to re-new my club membership through AFF but can't see anything about it - some help would be appreciated

yes - have done that but am still waiting for a reply some days after making contact. Not feeling very positive about AFF at the moment.

Hi, the info is listed in the gold Member discounts area which you will get access to once you join that membership:

RENEWING YOUR EXISTING QANTAS CLUB MEMBERSHIP UNDER OUR SCHEME:

Prior to your Qantas Club renewal date, you can renew under our scheme and qualify for the reduced annual membership rate.
You can view the current rates at http://www.australianfrequentflyer.c...tml#post316450 (Need to find a Qantas Club corp. program).

You cannot renew your QF Club Membership (under our corporate scheme) online. Instead, you will need to follow a similiar process to the above application process - ie. you will need to complete a form, send it to us, we then add our scheme number, and forward it to Qantas on your behalf.

The process:

1. Complete the Qantas Club Application form -http://www.qantas.com.au/infodetail/...rpIndivApp.pdf (there is no form for renewal)
2. Write "FOR RENEWAL ONLY" on the top of the 1st page
3. Cross out the $ amount (Schedule 1 or Schedule 2) on the 2nd page (Qantas will only charge you the renewal rate, not the full rate as printed on the form)
4. Send it to our office (with payment to Qantas)
5. Private Message me (admin) saying that the form is on the way
6. We will then add our Corporate scheme number and forward it to Qantas on your behalf.

Please note that these rates are set by Qantas and Qantas do change them from time to time.

We normally follow up such PMs within a day. I never received a PM from you, but will follow up with support. Someone will get back to you today. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Thank you. I had wondered about the delay as my previous experience was that replies were quite prompt. The original contact was made through your open access contact page on Wednesday 23rd April

This has all been sorted out now and I have sent an email to Kym G with all the necessary details.

It appears that the first message from Kym G may not have made it past the work firewall.

Thanks everyone for you input.

Bill
