I used a $500 voucher to book a few flights the other day but there should still be about $300 left - when I finished the booking, it said I would receive an email of the re-issued voucher. 2 days later this still hasn't happened. Do I need to ring QF to fix this?

I had a similar problem. I called Qantas - it will taken them a few days ("need to get finance to retrieve in archives" or something) but it arrived as promised.

I just called Platinum Line. Guy said something about the system rejecting my initial booking (even though it shows in MMB) but that it was fixed and to just 'check back in a few days and the voucher should be there'.

Surely they should be able to do better than that...?

Well here's some luck - the voucher did arrive a few hours later!

Does anyone know if you can combine two separate vouchers to pay for 1 booking?

You cant do it online. Pretty sure its possible if you do it over the phone

You can't do it online.

In theory you can try calling but they are not obliged to help you out.

e.g purchase 5 x $500 vouchers and call to book a $2500 flight! See what I mean?
