I am not sure why they say the mining workers are the worst in the terminals (in air definitely the worst). They are the ones most used to the new check in systems. Recently the biggest problem seems to be eldery passengers and those that travel infrequently that get the most frustrated. On my way through PER the other day I was stopped by an elderly lady who said to me that the way I checked in was too fast for her to see and copy. I just pointed her to a Qantas rep, she then gave me a mouthful of abuse, bless her cotton socks..
