Hi everyone

its been such a long time since I've been in this predicament, I can't remember the rules!

I have a 4c voucher expiring tomorrow, and a 10c voucher that expires at the end of the month. I need fuel today, but want to use the 10c as my tank is low. Can anyone remember whether vouchers are used in order of value, or date expiring? I've had a very quick search but can't seem to find the answer.

all help really appreciated!

It's always supposed to be the highest value voucher. Log into your EDR account to confirm. The one at the top of the list should be the next used.

The 10c one is first on the list. Thanks for the reply. It's what I thought, but didn't want to buy 60ish Litres and the 4c one get used!

I suggest you take a screen shot of both vouchers showing, as cough usually occurs (for me it did!).

4c voucher may be used, maby NO voucher is used (in my case, 10c voucher disappeared, instead got 4c off the bill).

I did get 500 points as compensation though. (More then my fuel value).

If everything is working properly, the 10 cent voucher will be used as it is the highest value voucher available.

If the petrol station is offline and not connected to the EDR system at the time of the purchase, you get an automatic 4 cent voucher. If this happens and the 10 cent voucher expires before you can use it again, EDR will usually credit another voucher, but you need to chase things up with them and probably keep the receipt details of the petrol purchase.
